Stand to attention for my Sentry Box Mood Light — a playful celebration of the colour, elegance and tradition associated with Britain’s Royal Guards.
Inspired by the sentry boxes seen outside Britain’s royal palaces, the design captures that timeless image of a guard on duty and the unmistakable spectacle of British ceremonial tradition.
Its distinctive shape and carefully cut detailing give it plenty of character during the day. As evening falls, switch on the warm light and the Sentry Box takes on another personality, glowing softly and drawing attention to the details within the design.
The wooden structure is precision laser-cut, assembled and hand-finished by me in Suffolk, England, with each Sentry Box made in small batches rather than mass-produced.
Inside, a warm white 3000K LED light creates an inviting glow. The light is dimmable, allowing you to choose anything from a subtle background warmth to something brighter depending on the atmosphere you want to create.
It is USB powered and supplied with a 1.5 metre lead, giving you flexibility when positioning it on a shelf, sideboard or desk. A USB mains adapter is not included.
