Where we ship

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Shipping is a flat £5 per order.

How we send it

Every order is sent by Evri tracked, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

How long it takes

Orders typically arrive within approximately 3–5 days of ordering. These are estimates rather than guarantees.

If something's out of stock

Our pieces are handmade in small batches, so an item can sometimes sell out. If what you'd like isn't available, you can register your interest and we'll let you know when new stock is ready — we contact registered customers in the order they signed up.

RETURNS

If you change your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just email us at john@woodpeckergifts.co.uk to let us know, then return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days. Return postage is at your own cost, and we'd recommend a tracked service, as the item stays your responsibility until it reaches us.

Your refund

Once we've received the item back (or your proof of return), we'll refund you within 14 days — including the standard delivery you originally paid — to your original payment method.

If your order is damaged or faulty

We hope it never happens, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at john@woodpeckergifts.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that aren't of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.

Our 12-month guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we guarantee our products for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing faults (such as LED, wiring or joint failure) under normal use.
