In 2012 the tower was renamed in the Queen's honour to mark her Diamond Jubilee. As a quiet tribute, the clock faces on mine are set to 3:10 — the time of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's passing on 8 September 2022. A small, respectful nod to the monarch the tower is named for.
It glows a soft, warm white — inviting rather than harsh. To turn it on or off, the tower and base gently separate so you simply touch the light; no fiddly switches. The spire even reverses neatly into the tower for safe, knock-free transport and storage.
Each one is laser-cut, hand-painted and assembled by me here in Britain, painted before it's cut so the edges stay clean. Made by hand in small runs, no two are ever quite identical.
